އެމްޓީސީސީގައި މަތީ ތައުލީމު ހާސިލުކޮށްގެން ތިބި މުވައްޒަފުންނަށް ފާޑުކިޔަމުން އާބިދާ ރަޝީދު ވިދާޅުވީ “ކިޔަވައިގެން ތިބި މުވައްޒަފުން އައުމުގެ ކުރިން އެމްޓީސީސީ ވަރަށްބާރަށް ކުރިއަށްދިޔައީ، ނަމަވެސް މުވައްޒަފުން ކިޔަވައިގެން އަންނަން ފެށިފަހުން އެމްޓީސީސީގެ ވިޔަފާރި ދިޔައީ ދަށްވަމުން” އާބިދާ ރަޝީދު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ.
ޑިގްރީ ފެންވަރަށްވުރެ މައްޗަށް ތައުލީމު ހާސިލުކޮށްގެން ތިބި 15އަށްވުރެ ގިނަ މުވައްޒަފުން ތިބިއިރު ދެތިންމުވައްޒަފަކު ފިޔަވައި ދެންތިބީ މުޅިންވެސް ކުރީގެ މެނޭޖަރުންގެ ދަށުގައިކަން ނޭގުނުކަމަށްޓަކައި ހިތާމަކުރަމެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މަތީތައުލީމު ހާސިލުކުރި ގިނަ މުވައްޒަފުންތަކެއް ހިތްހަމަނުޖެހިގެން އުޅޭކަން ފާހަގަކުރެވެއެވެ. އެފަދަ މުވައްޒަފުން އެމްޓީސީސީ ދޫކޮށް ދިއުމުގެ އަސްލަކީވެސް އެއީއެވެ. ދެވަނައަށް ފާހަގަކުރެވެނީ މަތީތައުލީމް ހާސިލުކޮށްގެން ތިބިމުވައްޒަފުން އެއްފަރާތްކުރާކަމެވެ. މައިގަނޑު ސަބަބެއްކަމަށް ލަފާކުރެވެނީ އެފަދަ މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ޚިޔާލާއި ފިކުރާއި ކުރީގެ މެނޭޖަރުންނަށް ގަބޫލުނުކުރެވުމެވެ.
އެހެންކަމުން، މިހާރުގެ މެނެޖިން ޑީރެކްޓަރަށް ގޮވާލަނީ މިފަދަކަންތައްތައް ބެއްލެވުމަށްފަހު ތައުލީމީ ޒުވާނުންނަށް ފުރުސަތުދިނުމަށެވެ. އެމްޑީގެ ކޮޓަރިކޮޅުމަތީ ދޮރުވާނުންގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިބޭ ފަރާތްތައް ދައްކާވާހަކަ ގަބޫލުނުކޮށް އަމިއްލައަށް މުވައްޒަފުންތައް ތަޖްރިބާކުރުމަށްފަހު މަގާމުތައް ހަވާލުކުރުމަށެވެ.

I heard from a very close buddy of mine that “Cuts” or Abdulla, presently one of PA of Maafannu resigned due ro bidhas’ complain to athif after a meeting. Also he was one smartest among us then. what will happen this time? May be Shaheed, Latheef or some other educated one will go

y r they so scared about truth
didn’t they relalize what will be going through fenbo, dhonlubo and epecially ageelbes’ mind. they atleast appreciate others so they earned respect from bottom of our hearts. But how could bidha even come close to them. so if they were forced to depart , y these under performers and chatterboxes have to stay. Give others a chance for a Better change.

Can someone tell me what the company had provided for Ms. Bidha rather than what Bidha has given to the company and its staff? Is she a volunteer? What about the education provided for her by the company and the high position?
Don’t talk about what you have done for the company instead thinks what the company has done for you.

well…firstly this is an informal blog created by some staffs and they write what they feel is right…or wat they like….blog admin maintains it(who ever they are)…it doesn’t necessarily have to be true always…caz they (writers) are not given information officially by MTCC to put in the blog….so guys, dont be thousand thousand for seeing an articel that doesn’t make sense…or talks about someone which is not true…this is not an authorised blog for u to see all truth…think about how Dhivehi observer started during Maumoons regime…how many ppl trusted it…if u dont trust the blog, just dont open it…
For me its really funny that Bidha sent a mail using MTCCs mail system in reply to something written on blog..MTCCs mail sustem n this blog re two different things…one is a formal media n other informal…i wonder whether she will not circulate a memo regarding something on this blog…this proves how effective the blog has been…all credits to blog writers n admin…this is wat Bidha has done…
n for thos who says that Companys profit has gone down after Scholars started serving the Company…How do you guys know that its only caz of those scholars the profit went down…how many other factors can be there that can affect the profit of a company…some have mentioned that some scholars hve left the company after studies…thats also caz of the carelessness of ppl like Bidha…y cant they have a sensible binding agreement that can make those scholars who left accountable infront of a court…each scholar is given a different areement…its a piece of paper..not an agreement even…who is responsible…Bidha…ppl like Bidha are the problem of this company…

If anyone is concern about the companys’ “Viyafaari” than stop bullying arround. Stop encouraging to buy exclusive furnitures. Stop approving unlimted overtime. Get a record of all your tasks so the next could follow. Give more time to company productively than in TEA room.
Sad that most of you all so called seniors are waste of minds when DRP mis-used this company and now MDP is.
Most of you just care about your job and position but do not give a damn about MTCC. All you do is keep quiet in SM meetings and encourage juniors to write or talk about what happened in those meetings. When they do you all get pissed. SO do we lie or keep quiet like you all?
