The purpose of this blog is to present new developments within MTCC which employees may have a right to know – from organizational restructuring to acts of corruption.
The aim of MTCC (emptycc) Blog Team is to
1. develop a work environment where employee rights are honoured
2. observe, that policies governing employees comply with all applicable laws
3. observe, that policies are executed as prescribed in each policy without bias
4. promote adherence to policies by everyone concerned
5. expose acts of corruption committed by MTCC employees
6. expose employee abuse by supervisors
We believe that
1. employees should be able to express themselves without fear of reprisal
2. employees have the right to pursue their chosen career
3. productive and outstanding employees should be recognized and rewarded accordingly
4. outperforming employees should be able to climb up the corporate ladder
5. nonperforming employees be dismissed, if corrective action (on them) fails
