Yes, i totally agree with “everyone”. this blog is just more or less like a propagenda machine used to promote the New Executive club and nothing moret jan that. We have already seen one of them failed and if i’m not wrong, Thasleem is on the Brink. CPM is going from Bad to Worse.It seems there are departments within departmenst, sections within section and even groups within groups. Projects are out or control, tasks are out of track and important milestones are beyond reach. We had high hopes for Thaseleem when Shaheed was removed, but now it looks as if we are experienceing the bitter taste of our own medicine.
Most of us did had the same high hopes for Naseem as well when he was promoted to the Head of HR Department even withought any HR background. Most of us accepted him as we saw some potential in him. But now most of us have realised that it’s another bluder that the management had made. well shit happens.
What has, this Naseem he really done to improve the HR system and for the welfare of the companys staff ? how many of the company staff are been deprived from their OT’s & benefits due to the negligence of HR staff and what has Naseem done about it. We must have seen lot and lots of mails from NAseem in our in box recently regarding the Anniversary Celebrations and most notedly exlaining some RAT Race. what do you think. A damn RAT Race is more important for the Head of HR Department than the wellfare of his staff? Well we wish he could have worked as hard to improve his HR department to the same extent as he has contributed to this Anniversary thing…
