Has our strength weakened?
Is our weakness driving US down the drain?
Aren’t we getting any Opportunities? Or Our Threats have overtaken us?

When would we be definite about anything?
For Ed s shortage of technical staff, while BSS with too many staff but doesn’t have na idea to when a work can be completed. TSD staff may not be retained and CPM may survive if all others assist….
Situation is unbearable to a junior staff that may set their future with this beloved Company…
Definitely may be…

I heard a CEO has assigned! Since to get sneak previw checked MTCC web but found a name without a photo (replacing shafeeg). . Heard that even Comp Sec could not make out his name correctly.
Also was surprised to see naushad still in the board!! yep, no one knows whats going on

Surprising to the new managing director by seeing so many HOD’s in mtcc with limited roles.
No roles of ms.idea bank: too unwanted executives and manager in administration and no volume of work in Admin, why are we spending so much to these people. Idea bank does similar work of Admin sending memo. MTCC can save money buy combining corporate and admin into one umbrella with one HOD. Can combine IT and HR into one umbrella.
