Few weeks ago news was spread ed by dhonbe on his resignation which later in a SM meeting Acting MD confirmed.
Then what we witnessed was dhonbe attending office more officially and more often then never. What!
BSS lead by dhonbe has brought his pal against his all colleagues’ wishes. This friend who was black listed by all the sites he worked during his time in Contracting seems much better than all other supervisors. As the record shows, this friend was supposed sack by Contracting was later rejected by dhonbe as he became the HOD of Contracting then.
Imaging BSS with so many supervisor or managerial staff, does it still need such an under performer as a senior staff.
Where is the evaluation standard. Can these bosses abuse it whenever they wanted? OR is BSS for rejects or idle staff? (then real idle pool is BSS) OR is this what happens when underperforming bosses get power?
