Unauthorized OT


To become a well discipline business entity MTCC required avoiding any unnecessary cost to.

Through its life time many staff has been abusing the Company’s’ money or shall I say PEPOLES’ Money. One of the crucial factors of an organization is its financial strength which makes others weak, creating opportunities with minimizing threats.

To maintain or to improve the organization, it has to have discipline staff who should think more about the company then the paycheck. I meant a pay check for you did not work for.
Many are complaining about those who bend rules of extra hours working. They say those are the bosses’ favorites. NO use of the advance requesting form to work extra hours. Some travels in weekends just to get more OT. Some has no work in the weekdays while making week end busiest.

So before you point at others or talk about their corruption you should first reconsider.

    pls don’t abuse or misuse the company’s property, be honest to the company or u will be regretted later. Every one must improve the organization while proving him/herself.
