I think someone here is jealous of not being promoted to a section head level. Saeed was promoted so this guy is frustrated. My advice to whoever S/he is get some education yourself before you point your finger to anyone.
No one good resigned from company. No one good has been sacked yet. So don’t worry about yourself. Even though you are uneducated, got some promotions when DRP ruled, transferred to some departments with promotions, appointed to some good projects, no one is here to fire you. So don’t worry my friend.
I have seen people acting this way before. Most of them are nerds and have psychological problems. I think you are on the line of getting a major depression.
We know people who prefer blue are selfish, arrogant, lazy and never want to get others promoted. You blamed Shaheed yesterday for no reason but you are backing him up today to blame someone in line.
Don’t act like a crazy fella. Be nice to get yourself some respect.

There is nothing wrong with change, if it is in the right direction.”Well, there is no ready solution (especially not in the space of this blog post). The word “change”, in whatever context, has always made people react with varying degrees of fear, frustration, and/or anger (or “FUD”). Yet, change goes on all around us, all the time. Much of change (the expanding waistline, for instance) happens so slowly and subtly that we don’t notice it until well after it’s taken place.
Some change is thrust upon us. We hear around the office that “change is in the wind” and we feel threatened and anxious. Let’s say our company has elected to implement a quality management system. Even if the current situation is not good — our customers are letting us know our service and product quality has slipped by walking away — many of us would still rather have the status quo. Better the devil we know than the one we don’t…right? (”We just have to make our stuff better…that’s all.”)
The organization has to deal with resistance on a personal and an institutional level. Each is difficult to overcome and, like it or not, both must be dealt with.

        Dear Fact

The over ruling fact is that change should be good change and is normally thought out in a organization for a long period of time and in consultation with all stake holders, including internal and external customers. Specially in a public company.

The current change in loss for a better word can only be described as disastrous and we should have the stomach to say oops we did a mistake when we know of it.

nobility is in accepting once mistake than hiding with another.

the result of the current changes inability communicate across to the customers has resulted in the following.
        1. braindrain from the company
        2. loss of experienced personal from the company’s relevant departments without a backup trainee.
        3. loss of customer confidence in companies deliverability record.
        4. Huge loss of institutional memory of the company.

Change manamgent goes through the folowing process as its a ageold thing for companies.

        1. Create a Business Impact Map
        2. Conduct risk assessment
        3. Conduct workshops
        4. Find risk origins and scope and area such as (a) Organization ? (b) Scope? (c) Job? (d) SOP? (e) Business Culture? (f) Skills?(g) Incentives ?
        5. Then action plan is drawn for change.
        6. this action plan is reviewed periodically with the above in mind.

I wonder if any one didi this or just thought of bagging and putting forward their own thoughts and are now trying to prove themselves right.

        GOD HELP US.

            D FACT

Your comment is fact enough to rest my case. Thank you you for supporting my view an accepting change is ok and this change at MTCC is a bad change.

            nobility is indeed in acceptance.
