One resigns while two transferred


According to reliable source the newly appointed business development department head will resign the company in this month. He was appointed to this post while he was on leave. Due to this Building Services and Security head will be transferred to BDD, Then the vacant BSS will be handled by an IDEA. So there after there will be only ONE Idea left.
Does this new structure keep on changing!
MD is acting more like a coach who is using the players in different position. But the result remain same.
So may be it is time his strategy or get a new coach

    A stupid Structure without a Solid Foundation is sure to fail, didn’t they teach that in universities or were your too busy elsewhere when company sent you all to study,

    This structure was based on greed, fulfilling own thirst and creating own power base of the so called structure developers.

    At no time was this new structure developed from ground up and with staff at its centre. Sorry to say but theory and practical application is two different matters and sad to see that this is being learned by the so called structure maker at the expense of a good solid company’s sure ruin, which at this step in time looks inevitable.

    When people who has spent too much time out of the system try to shape the system with only theories and fantasies, this is what happens,

    Either by design or eventuality the inability to focus on current criss of the companies liquidity and resource utilization, the financial and credit lines of the company is fast closing , while other companies in the market that can be described as a general trade company as is the like of MTCC are diversifying at great speed and stabilizing in the republic of maldives.

    When doctoring and delivering the preaching of change by the new elite of the company nowadays its interesting to observe that they themselves is ones who are resisted for the change to the companies system.

    On a surface analysis of the current structure of MTCC the most essential ingredient of life in a the corporate structure seams to be missing totally.

    The institutional memory of MTCC company has disappeared from MTCC and currently no one seams to know the value as the current heads (so called influential) has their own personal point (individual) to prove instead of working for the betterment of the company which will call for personal losses at times.

    Personal advice to all empty heads is that you all deal with your own fantasies on your own and out of this company and not play around with public money for which you will be held accountable, this is not a game.

    I am sure the next AGM will be a time of reckoning, don’t come with stupid stories.

    Hope the blog heads have the guts and taste buds to upload this unedited.

    Wasalaam and remember every one has to answer to there action someday your time will also come.

    Not only two 6 transfered.
    Where? Male’ Whole logistic department Transfered to male’ (hulhumale’ ferry terminal) in future they will transfer to Sawmill. after that, if sawmill going to demolish…… and then nomore logistic is there. hehheheh

    MD doesn’t know how to play chess, he says he knows gabbling, ..

    Questions ? need real answers….
    1. Procurement role too small but a department head
    2. No business plan, no budget, but a BSS with no improvement in their work
    3. Department heads getting promotions (7 vana uduge malaikathun takeh) , how does this achieve for cutting costs
    4. What is problem of suzan, she complete masters, she has no idea of application.
    5. ICT so much work, better outsource (no need of a chair man), line manager can rule.
    6. Admin Divison but no work?, MD have no idea to tell
