Ref: Mysterious phone bill
Dear Mr. Shafeeg,
I wish to bring to your notice the unserviceable phone package those many of your employees were forced to accept has started billing. I was assured about the benefits of the package as well as its functionality. Unfortunately, today, some of us have received bills without receiving any SIM.
In all the time that I have been working here I have never had such problems before.
I herewith believe this should not have been happened if there was not any hidden agenda. It should have been open for bidding and then negotiated before awarding.
I request on behalf of the majority of concern staff, kindly reconsider the service provider at the earliest. For doing the needful, those bills received from this package to be forwarded HR department.
