CHANGE after CHANGE


An introductory of the new structure was presented by the re-structuring committee (TEAM) and MD In a meeting held at head office today. The Board room had an over flow of all the unit heads and above. Scheduled to commence at 1400hrs but delayed by 15 minutes, which ended around 1800hrs. It was colourfully presented where all the credit goes to The Team. The presentation began with a briefing of the new structure from the top to department units.
New Structures shows that the company will be led by a CEO, followed by independent CFO, Internal Audit, and d COO. Department falls under COO which are labelled as; Admin, HR, Corporate, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Trade, Transport, Building Security services, Construction and PM, Business development and open slot for future development.
According to the MD this will be proposed in the next Board meeting for approval. However, reliable sources say the implementation stage has begun. Logistic team has moved to Thilafushi, and vacancies of a new department were emailed to everyone. Building security services department has been formed, Solomon rights and even OT approval been given.
MD explained that the new structure was discussed among the senior management. He went on saying referring to a blog article that, those tasks were assigned but most of them failed and a new committee was assigned. Before implementing this new structure staff evaluation must be carried t. A salary structure must be approved; the entire business plan with the budget must be in hand to proceed.
OR else failures will be rewarded. Reliable source says one of those who failed will be rewarded again. We will see this acting MD acts fairly without considering friends, ex-class mates or…….. IF Not then he surely shall be topping the failure list of this company. As he said it is not the system but the people who fails. Hope this change is for the better.

    bunanthoo vaahaka eh .. mtcc restructure kuriyas mithiba zamaanusureh ulhe HEAD OF STATES ge mentality hurigothun hiye nuve ragalhu vaane hen unless ofcoz they are removed from the positions and new guys takes up the posts

    head of states i meant because they believe their department is a country and the rest of the departments are some other countries…

    so please remove these people and let the new bees take charge…..not a single one of them should be spared.

    RECOMMENDED TO REMOVE THESE PEOPLE FROM THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY !

    AND BRING THE FOLLOWING CHANGES

    shifau ali to be sent over to head TSD and rappe as his deputy

    ihusan to be sent for further training in management and leadership .

    salaam should be promoted to IT head after he completes training in management and leadership.

    ibrahim latheef should be sent to attend councilling sessions and motivational speeches by Donald trump and upon his return he should be appointed head of business development department.

    fariq should be sent to develop presentation skills, negotiation skills and self confidence , upon his return he should be appointed head of BSS.

    susan should be demoted to normal staff level IF she performs promotions must be given accordingly.

    thasleem should be sent to do PHD or undergo training for future MD post.

    shaheed should be sent for training in project management,waste management,general management and self discipline. eg increase efficiency remove laziness etc

    raney should be brought back and appointed deputy MD .

    solih shoud be sent on a vacation to LAS VEGAS every year

    director shaheen should be sent on a long extended vacation to geylaang (Singapore)

    finally naseem should be given double promotion if he can devise a plan and able to remove the above list.

    MD should not give any more chance to those corrupted Head of Departments because corruption has its own motivations, and one has to thoroughly study that phenomenon and eliminate the foundations that allow corruption to exist.

    Corruption is worse than prostitution. The latter might endanger the morals of an individual; the former invariably endangers the morals of the entire country.
