Costly HR

by fact

Almost every MD, Manage or owner who I talk to says that people are his most important asset. Despite this assertion, rarely do I find human resources managed as a company’s most important asset. Instead human resources is relegated to the most costly asset of the balance sheet.

How Can Human Resource Be A Cost-Savings Department? The following is some-steps process will help move company in the right direction:

Step 1
Set your sights on a lofty vision: Believe that people are our most important and costly resource; then commit to making human resources a cost-savings department instead a cost raising department.

Step 2
Keeping people whose cost exceeds their value is a management problem. Not only can it demoralize well-performing employees — it can put our company out of business. Eliminating poor performers is never easy, but it can be done in a compassionate, humane way.

Step 3
Establish a training department where employees’ ideas will be heard and retained. Create an internal human resource team to give employees a voice in our company.

Step 4
We can create a cost-savings human resource department. To achieve our company’s mission and vision, emphasize in our overall recruiting strategy the belief that people are our most important asset.

this company does not value high performing employees rather give preference to people whos words are louder than their below standard performance and those with connections to some senior officials of the MDP or DRP or watever P.

tell u what u all non performers can shove ur boasts and empty words in to ur …..s .
mark my words if a high perfoming MD who is performance oriented comes to this company..that will be the day u all will be burned at the stake one by one.

remember that u all roanu edurus.
