No one is here for forever

Long ago, when I was a little child, my mum used to tell me bed time stories. I would be listening to her while I fall asleep. Now, I am on her shoes following her legacy.
There was a story about a little boy who wanted to change the world to a better place. He did some goods to others and requested them to pass on. If he collected the garbage, others stopped loitering. If he planted a tree others will nourished it. Likewise the young helped the elders, rich gave the poor, men respected women, and everyone took cared the sick.
An undiscovered community became the most popular one in no time. A little boy who just thought doing good and passing on could change their bitter life had turned out to a hero. BUT no one could find him when they believed his vision. He disappeared without a trace. Some said he was an angel in disguise.
Well for the people of the village it wasn’t him they remembered but his legacy. So they all get together once a year to say a prayer to retain the goodness they have gained, the happiness they possed, caring and respect they earned and most of all the love they shared.
In life or in work, if you need success you must be willing to give than be demanding. When you give it should be unconditional. Sometimes you get return of it; sometimes it may be passed to others or just ignored or miss use it.
Outcome could be any but the happiness that you get by doing something good is like feeding your soul. Some says if you follow your soul you should never fail. Think twice when you take an action, whether it is for you or goes against you.
Today we must appreciate to those who brought us where we are. WE must say a prayer thanking every good they have done and pray to give strength and courage to make a better place for NEXT.
Remember this, we are like waves on an ocean, when they reach a beach their task is completed. The next will rise and goes on. No one is here for forever.

    Sappe ps have a chat with bandhu. learn from elders. he is blue but thats just MTCC blue. he left the company with dignity but all others who came tried to change the good he left.

    You Can’t Please Everyone
    Author Unknown
    An old man and a young boy were traveling through their village with their donkey. The boy rode on the donkey and the old man walked.
    As they went along they passed some people who remarked it was a shame the old man was walking and the boy was riding.
    The man and boy thought maybe the critics were right, so they changed positions.
    Later, they passed some people that remarked, “What a shame, he makes that little boy walk.” They then decided they both would walk.
    Soon they passed some more people who thought they were stupid to walk when they had a decent donkey to ride. So, they both rode the donkey.
    Now they passed some people that shamed them by saying, “How awful to put such a load on a poor donkey.”
    The boy and man said they were probably right, so they decided to carry the donkey.
    As they crossed the bridge, they lost their grip on the animal and he fell into the river and drowned.
    The moral of the story?
    If you try to please everyone, you may as well just kiss your ass goodbye.
    How it applies to MTCC
    In the restructuring process, Sappe can’t please everyone at MTCC; therefore a better MTCC is more important that a bunch of happy employees.

    The company is experiencing a slowdown in its business because there are many inefficient staffs whose cost exceeds their value and it’s a management problem.
