The blog celeberating its first century on published article by calling the present MDs’ resignation.
This was decided with reffering to many thoughts brought up in by many staff and shareholders in many occasions. The most significant factors noted were; availabilty or attendance, commitment, development factor, selfless,know- how of the companys’ field of work, etc.. were lowest scored.
The highest scored was on negative factors like; hudhumuhuthaarukan, importance of co- staff, oral communication (street language frequently used), abusing of companys’ resources and MONEY, extra-curricular activities (so called official buisness trip), etc..
MTCC has to take an action now . One way or the other, he has to be replaced. This is not Villa but this is MTCC, a public company.
