History has repeated. Music has stopped but only few were able to sit on their desired chairs. Others were forced to take seats against their will. Our culture has nourished us with the beauty of obedience, respect with essence of love to surroundings which most other larger communities are deprived of.

However, Questions were raised among the little ones. Some are confused, frustrated or mad when few celebrate.

Some say it’s not too early for a re-shuffle but was he aware of those he was dealing with!  Many who have dealt or still working with some of the new appointees have varying opinions?

There is a belief that young, versatile educated employees should have been given opportunity to head, hence giving them chance to thrive with new ideas in developing their company.

Another on going issue was party influences. During the last year, promotions were given without any sort of performance evaluation which shall never be repeated.

Also, few beliefs that in time there shall not be a single stone unturned. Action will be taken to those who are accountable.

This is a cry for help, may someone hear and show us the right path to keep our beloved company rolling.

Music may start or stop but the trust, success, or dignity gained for the last 28 years shall not be allowed to disappear into thin air.

 For the love of your caretaker, do something, at least express your feelings. If not who else will?

    where is the limit if no one is willing to face the reality ?
    cant we see whats happening around us ? and there no such thing as Hard work or loyalty, and what about the love for the company ? I totally agree with alphaQ. It’s party time, every time.
