According to architect MD the current structure would reduce number of departments, staff and in turn reduce operational cost significantly. However at the end of the day, it increased no. of staff, departments and heads to a level that mtcc never had before.
The most surprising thing is that most of mtcc scholars were advocating to promote this structure together with the architect by thinking that he will reduce their schol repayment. Moreover, the architect made most of them as HODs and keep their big mouths shut and silent.
So we have “enough” number of managers and the company is going “right direction” to “achieve” bankruptacy shortly.
